Indecent Act

A 29-year-old Cobourg male has been arrested and charged with performing an Indecent Act in a public place and Fail to Comply with Probation Order after two incidents were reported.

On January 23, 2024, and January 24, 2024, two incidents were reported to Port Hope Police Service regarding an indecent act. On both evenings it was reported that the male entered a business and exposed himself to two different female youth employees.

Officers completed an extensive investigation and successfully arrested Luke DWYER. He was held until his bail hearing.
