Mischief – Youth Arrested

Between July 22nd – 24th, 2024, 7 Mischief complaints were reported to Port Hope Police. All took place within the area of Young Street and Harcourt Street in Port Hope.  These mischiefs occurred between 1:00am and 5:00am.  

As a result of an investigation, a 13-year-old male was arrested and charged with Mischief Under $5,000. The youth was released on an officer in charge undertaking with several conditions. One of his conditions includes a curfew restriction and to be inside his residence between the hours of 9:00pm and 6:00am daily.
